Payment

Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. Payment may be accomplished in several ways:

  • Credit Card: PayPal will process international credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery, and JCB. The card number and expiry date must be provided in the appropriate space on the registration online form. The credit card receipt will show payment to TeamAsia.

    PayPal: PayPall will process your payment within your PayPal account. Your PayPal receipt will show payment to TeamAsia.

  • Bank Deposit: A copy of the deposit slip should be faxed to the Summit Secretariat at 632-757-3510 or 632-757-3511. All bank remittance charges are to be paid by delegates. Please ensure delegate's name is on the transfer record. Bank details are:

Confirmation

Confirmation of registration will be made once payment is received. Please be prepared to present your confirmation letter during registration onsite. Confirmation letters will be e-mailed to delegates.

Cancellation and Refunds

There are no refunds for cancellation. If you are unable to attend the Summit, you may send a representative to take your place but you must notify the Summit Secretariat in writing two (2) weeks before the Summit date.
