Sriram Rajagopal is responsible for HR service delivery across India and Asia Pacific and people management for delivery centers in China, Philippines, and Hungary. He joined the talent management function in its nascent stage in 2007, and has built a substantial team that caters to the HR needs of all business units. He was the people integration leader for some of Cognizant’s recent large acquisitions in India including UBS India Service Center, Invensys, and T-Systems. Prior to joining Cognizant, Mr. Rajagopal was part of the Human Capital Consulting team of Arthur Andersen that delivered on assignments in the areas of organization design, job structuring, developing systems and policies in the areas of performance management, competency assessments, and consulting for large organizations in India and the Middle East.
