Danilo Sebastian Reyes leads Genpact Philippines’ operations as its country manager. Previously, he was the board director and president of SITEL and was responsible for developing country growth strategies, increasing revenue and profitability, and managing expansion of service offerings from voice services to back-office processing. He also served as chairman of the board and general manager of Salmat Philippines Inc. and board director and country manager of Contact World. Prior to joining the BPO industry, he held the position of sales and marketing director in companies like Jardine Salmat and Fujitsu Philippines. He is the vice chairman of the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP) and member of the board of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP).
