Manolito “Lito” Tayag is the country managing director of Accenture Philippines, steering more than 25,000 people who provide high-quality technology, business process outsourcing (BPO) and management consulting services to Accenture clients in Europe, North America, and Asia. In his career at Accenture, he has played a key role in building financial services client accounts and developing its industry group, and enhancing global visibility for the Global Delivery Network for technology in the Philippines. He is a member of the board of trustees of the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP) and was elected to the board of directors of the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA) in 2006–2007. He is a Management Engineering graduate of Ateneo de Manila University.
