Miguel Garcia has played a pivotal role in bringing the largest IT-BPO firms in the world to the Philippines. Under his leadership, the DTSI Group has served over 60 BPO and multinational companies and enabled more than 300,000 IT-BPO seats in the throughout the Philippines. DTSI Group’s innovative solutions create new opportunities for the IT-BPO industry through business integration, investment, and employment. His pioneering work has been recognized by several award-giving bodies. He was a finalist in Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year award in 1994 and an awardee of the Asia CEO Awards in 2011. Mr. Garcia also serves as a member of the board of directors of the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP), which he co-founded.
