Alvin Gendrano is a global software industry veteran with wide-ranging business and technology experience. He serves as the director for the Developer and Platform Group of Microsoft Philippines and was elected to the board of the Philippine Software Industry Association. In prior roles, he launched the Xbox Games-on-Demand service, led Business Management for SQL Server, grew an online games marketplace to $300M+/yr, ran global service delivery programs, and is a published author on distributed databases. Alvin has an MBA from the University of North Carolina with honors, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Arizona.
