Winston Damarillo has a long-standing history of building innovative technology start-ups. Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, he was among the highest performing venture capital professionals in Intel Capital. His first start-up, Gluecode, was IBM's first open source acquisition. Similar exit profiles were seen with his two other companies, Logicblaze and Webtide. He is chairman at Exist, a software and technology powerhouse with Open Source roots; and MaestroDev, a software development automation company. Concurrently, he is CEO of Morphlabs, a leader in converged infrastructure solutions for the enterprise. He is an honoree of Young Global Leader, active participant of the World Economic Forum, and trustee of PhilDev, an organization focused in building an ecosystem of science and technology-based entrepreneurship and innovation for social and economic development in the Philippines.
