Dennis Wright formed Peregrine Development International following a highly successful career in both the government and industry. He is an internationally-recognized expert in strategic planning, sales, marketing, business development, government acquisition, procurement, contract management, program and financial management, life cycle operations, maintenance and logistics. He has extensive experience and direct interface with multiple US government agencies, foreign governments, embassies, industry and trade associations, and has amassed a solid record of success marketing, capturing new business, directing change and leading organizational transformation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Masters in Acquisition Management. He is an NCMA Fellow and Certified Professional Contracts Manager. He is DAWIA Level III certified in Contracting by the DOD.
