Jojo Uligan is the executive director and founding member of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP). He has been responsible for spearheading the association’s numerous activities, including international trade missions, conferences, seminars, and networking events. Mr. Uligan is a pioneer in the industry as well as a sales and marketing veteran, with more than 15 years of continuous exposure to actual contract negotiations, solutions selling, fieldwork, market presentations, and sales team supervision. He also works as a consultant for call centers and customer service operations of top corporations.
