Fred Kumetz is the CEO of eData Services, a BPO/KPO specializing in medical and legal transcription services; medical record excerpting and analysis; litigation support; and high-end data entry services. He is an attorney licensed in California since 1974. Over the years, he has litigated many high profile cases and has represented government and business entities in precedent establishing cases addressing international issues. He has represented health care providers, law firms and insurance companies throughout his legal career. He is the former chairman of the Healthcare Information Management Outsourcing Association of the Philippines (HIMOAP) and is currently a board member. He was a founding member and served as board chairman of the Medical Transcription Association of the Philippines.
