Huw Watkins has 20 years of experience leading multi-function shared services and outsourcing work for Fortune 500 companies around the world. A senior member of the PA Consulting Shared Services and Outsourcing practice, he advises clients on sourcing strategy, location selection, captive shared service design, and outsourcing. Prior to joining PA, he worked in IBM and Unisys and held senior operational shared service roles with The Gillette Company and Procter & Gamble, where he led the design, implementation, and delivery of European captive shared services and outsourced operations in HR, finance, and IT.
