As vice president of Globe Telecom’s Business Products and Services Division, Francisco Fernando "Cocoy" Claravall IV provides critical direction and strategic leadership to more than 80 professionals in the areas of product development and management; IT consulting; business consulting; commercial operations; tier-2 technical solutions; and project development. The Business Products and Services division supports the company’s strategic goals through ensuring a rich pipeline of new products; managing product portfolios; optimizing product costs and resources; designing best-in-class customer networks; determining and solving major pain points; assembling technical and commercially competitive bids; and ensuring early presence of Globe facilities in all upcoming business developments. Mr. Claravall obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering from Saint Louis University and an MBA from Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
