As president of TELUS International Philippines (TIP), Jeff Uthoff brings together all functional groups and provides leadership and coordination for the entire local team in Manila. He has spent over 20 years in the contact center space, primarily in executive operations roles, but has also enjoyed responsibility for sales management and client relationship leadership. He joined TIP from IBM Global Process Services, where he served as director and country head in the Philippines. Previously, he was with ICT Group for five years as executive vice president of Strategy and Development for Asia, and before that, Consumer and Telco Markets. His diverse professional background includes roles in the United States, Canada, and the Philippines. Mr. Uthoff serves on the board of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP).
