Shridhar Aiyer is Sutherland Global Services’ vice president for Human Resources for the Philippines and China. Over the last six years, he has been instrumental in supporting the growth of Sutherland Philippines, specifically in conceptualizing the talent creation approach and building talent across the country. This approach paved the way for Sutherland’s provincial model and its being hailed as one of the fastest-growing BPO companies. He is also credited with driving the people and employee engagement strategies that led to Sutherland being named PEZA’s Outstanding Employer in 2008, 2009, and 2011, and eventually being elevated to PEZA’s Hall of Fame in 2012. Mr. Aiyer obtained his Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management.
