Richard Dugan is based in Singapore and responsible for leading Telstra Global’s sales strategy in South Asia’s emerging markets, bolstering relationships with enterprises and building a team across the region to lead the company into its next phase of growth. Prior to joining Telstra Global, Mr. Duggan held a number of senior management and sales positions, most recently as the head of Data Center, Virtualization and Cloud Technology Practice Asia at CISCO Systems. In this position, he was responsible for the development of the professional services practice in Asia, targeting the service provider and enterprise segments. He has extensive experience across the sector having also worked at Cable & Wireless, Reuters, INFONET UK, and Mercury Communications.
