Sam White is the country senior director of Human Resources for ADP Philippines since 2010. As a member of the executive leadership team, he leads the company’s human resources department comprised of: talent acquisition, recruitment and diversity; associate relations; HR administration and payroll; learning and development; associate engagement; communications; policies and guidelines; associate health and wellness; and corporate social responsibility. Prior to ADP, he was with Wells Fargo where he spent nearly 21 years in senior leadership HR roles. Mr. White is an honors graduate in Business Management from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. He also holds certifications in human resources management, project management (PMI), instructional design and development, adult learning theory and concepts, DDI selection, and DDI facilitation, diversity practices, and cultural integration.
