Jaideep Pradhan started his career over two decades ago as a management trainee with the Taj Group of Hotels. Staying with the Taj Group for seven years, he moved to the telecom sector and worked with Modi Telstra and Birla AT&T as the general manager for Customer Care where he set up call centers, billing, and back-office processes for both the companies in India. In 1998, he shifted to the BPO industry where he established and managed contact centers for E-Funds, Bharati Telecom, and Dell International Services. Prior to EXL, he was the director and country manager for Dell Philippines.
