Rembert de Villa is executive vice president and chief strategy officer at EXLService based in the firm’s headquarters in New York. He has multiple leadership responsibilities, including corporate strategy, oversight for the insurance and healthcare businesses, and executive sponsorship of EXL’s Philippine operations. His previous senior leadership roles included managing director - Strategic Services at Mastercard Advisors; head of Financial Services - North America at Capgemini Ernst & Young; and partner, Financial Institutions Group at A. T. Kearney. He spent the earlier part of his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). He holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, and attended the Columbia Senior Executive Program and postgraduate program in Business Economics at the University of Bonn.
