Vipul Khanna heads the Global BPO Delivery, Acquisition and Integration of Cognizant BPO. He also leads strategic and emerging competencies like Business-Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS) which drives non-linear revenues for Cognizant. Since joining Cognizant, Mr. Khanna has led the effort on continued operational maturity of the BPO practice, while at the same time scaling up the delivery framework to support the aggressive growth of the BPO business. He has played his part in growing the business and driving key pursuits. In his previous role, he was the global head of group offshoring for UBS and led the efforts in establishing the captive centers in India and Poland. He brings two decades of finance and outsourcing operations expertise from Fidelity National, American Express, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a Chartered and a Cost and Works Accountant.
