Barry Marshall
Senior Country Operations Officer and COO, JPMorgan Chase & Co.
As Senior Country Operations Officer, Barry Marshall has over 15 years of
experience with JPMorgan Chase & Co. across a variety of functions and
processes. Over the past five years, he has focused on a variety of
globalization efforts across the firm in both India and the Philippines. He
relocated to the Philippines over three years ago to launch a new global
operations center for the firm. He is currently responsible for the operational

Jennifer Jarman
Industrial Sociologist, National University of Singapore
Jennifer Jarman is an industrial sociologist working in the Department of
Sociology at the National University of Singapore. She was educated at the
University of Toronto and Cambridge University. Her interests are in
understanding contemporary labor market issues and transformations in the
service sector. She is particularly interested in the impacts of rationalization
and globalization. Her current research focuses on understanding the global call
center industry and its consequences for labor force development. |
John DiLullo

John DiLullo is the President for Avaya Asia Pacific. He is based in Singapore and is
responsible for leading Avaya’s operations across the entire region, including the sales
and support of the company's technology, applications and industry-specific businesses.
The role also includes responsibility for business planning and strategy development,
customer care, marketing and management of Avaya’s country offices, and channel
partner programs for Asia Pacific.
Prior to Avaya, DiLullo was Vice President, Worldwide Sales, Channels and Field

Jonathan De Luzuriaga is a veteran in the information technology-business process
outsourcing (IT-BPO) industry. As Executive Director for Industry Affairs at BPA/P,

and membership affairs. He is also in charge of all BPA/P-sanctioned events such as conferences,
