Armand ANGELI

Armand Angeli is a globally recognized expert in outsourcing and shared services, and is the Director, Global Outsourcing for Grant Thornton, responsible for strategy, business development, and leading international projects. He is also a partner with Grant Thornton France, where he heads business development for Finance Transformation and Outsourcing. Prior to joining Grant Thornton in 2003, Mr. Angeli was European Business Development Director BPO for Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC), responsible for business development for the shared services, outsourcing and consulting businesses. Fred Ayala is the CEO of LiveIt Solutions, Inc., Ayala Corporation’s holding company for its investments in the BPO sector. Gerry CLARK

Gerry Clark is the partner and Regional Director for TPI for South East Asia, responsible for the company’s business development across the region. He provides consultancy advisory services covering information technology outsourcing (ITO) and BPO to customers on their future sourcing strategies. He is a highly skilled general manager with experience in sales, delivery, and P+L management. Atty. Jamea Garcia is currently the Executive Director for Talent Development of BPAP. In this role, Ms. Garcia manages all talent-related initiatives for the industry. This includes the strategic implementation of competency development for academe and industry; partnering with government and corporate stakeholders for the growth and enhancement of the talent and labor pool nationwide; and managing specific programs such as Talent Management Partnerships, National Competency Assessment Program, and Faculty Development Programs. Jon Kaplan is the president of TeleDevelopment Services, Inc. He was the 1997 National President of the American Teleservices Association (ATA) and is currently the Chairperson for the ATA International Committee. He is also the 1999 recipient of Call Center Magazine Industry Pioneer of the Year. Mr. He is also the author of numerous industry articles and a frequent speaker at national and international contact center conferences. Mr. Kaplan and TeleDevelopment are recipients of a number of industry awards, including two Telo Awards (ATA) and one ACCE Award (Customer Interface Magazine). He spent eight years managing the start-up of in-house call center operations for the BF Goodrich Company and General Motors. He has also served as Vice President of a large service agency and then as founder and president of his own service agency. Mr. Kaplan has a BBA in Marketing from Kent State University.

Paul Kukubo is the CEO of the Kenya ICT Board, the Kenyan State Corporation in charge of developing and marketing Kenya as an ICT investment destination. He held senior roles in marketing and advertising including a directorship at McCann-Erickson Kenya before co-founding the technology firm 3mice Interactive Ltd, East Africa's premier e-commerce solutions provider. He was previously chairman of the Marketing Society of Kenya. He is a regular contributor on technology strategy and publishes his own blog. Albert Mitchell L. LOCSIN

Albert Mitchell Locsin has had 23 years' management experience and over eight years of BPO/IT management practice. As a Global Business Development Executive at Logica Philippines, he has successfully exceeded sales growth for IT and BPO to 122% with markets in major countries like the UK, Netherlands, France, Germany, Nordics, Australia, and the US. Mr. Locsin co-manages the entire ITO and BPO service center of Logica Philippines, which includes responsibilities in operations, admin, HR, and finance. Aside from his role with Logica, he has assisted in generating laws and policies affecting the ITES-BPO Industry of the Philippines under the Philippine Senate through the Office of Senator Manuel Roxas. Valentin MAKAROV

Valentin Makarov has significant experience in conducting nationwide market studies and organizing marketing activities in Russia and abroad, such as the Russian IT-Seasons, Roadshows, and the ROSS Forum. John Philip Orbeta's 25-year career spans corporate human resources (HR), HR consulting, and managing businesses across geographies.
